Holidays at Rowdy Ruff House
- We do not raise our rates for holidays. However, we expect to run out of space at every holiday so we must implement the following guidelines:
- BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 we require that your dog has at least one day of daycare with us before boarding with us. We need to get to know your dog before they have an extended stay for their safety and the safety of our other guests and employees.
- We require a two-night minimum stay if your reservation includes a holiday (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th).
- We require a deposit with your reservation for holidays. It will be required as you are making your reservation. We will gladly refund your deposit and cancel your stay up to a week before your holiday visit. However, the deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of your stay.
- We do not allow boarding pickups on the actual holidays and drop-offs are only by appointment.
- We cannot hold space for your dog for a holiday reservation if your vaccines are not in our system. Your reservation will only be confirmed if we still have space available once you have input your vaccines.
- If your dog boards with us over a holiday and is not suited for group play, we will charge $55 per night. We will discuss this with you if you know this fits your dog after your daycare session when we meet your pup.

- "Miss Me" package: $15 (includes a special treat and an end-of-the-day report.)
- "Miss Me A Lot" package: $20 (includes a special treat, end-of-day-report, and bedtime photos.)
- "Separation Anxiety" package: $30 (includes a special treat, end-of-the-day report, bedtime photos, and a one-on-one enrichment session.)

After Hours Policy
Our employees work hard to keep your dogs safe and our facility clean. That schedule is halted when dogs are not picked up on time. Therefore, If you have not picked up your dog(s) by the time we close, an employee will wait and hold them for you for up to 30 minutes for a $15 charge. After 30 minutes, your dog(s) will be boarded at your expense in addition to the late charge.
